The long-term vision for Novum is to create a place where research, education and healthcare meet society and business. Novum, together with TAH and Neo, will enable collaboration between healthcare, research, education and business to support and develop the healthcare of the future.
At Novum Labs, you as a life science company, startup or researcher, can rent both labs and offices. We offer both shared and private labs with access to common areas. Here you will be supported by a team with technical expertise and lab manager to conduct your research.
What is included?
At Novum Labs, in addition to your own lab and office space, you as a tenant also have access to common areas, including kitchen, toilet and changing rooms. In addition, there are several meeting rooms, internet connection, printers and more in the premises.
We also offer bookable instruments in common equipment rooms. These common areas are equipped with fume cupboards and basic equipment and instruments.
You will become part of Novum’s Research Park.
